What Oakley Radar frame color should I get?
I currently have Half Jackets (Navy Blue Metallic, White Socks, and Polarized Black Iridium). I really like them but I’ve decided that I’m not a fan of the Navy Blue. So I plan on buying Radar Path this summer but I can’t decided on what frame color and socks to get. I’m pretty set on Polarized Fire Iridium lens because I play golf and it should help with reading greens. Also I can buy replacements if I don’t like them. So what color combo would you suggest to go with Fire lens? Here are a couple of my ideas but I open to new ones-

For the lens you’re going for, I’d go with the Aluminum frame. However, if you plan to change other lenses I’d go wtih a black frame.
Here’s why:
#1. That aluminum finish is a coating. It will eventually start to wear off. Especially if you sweat a lot.
#3. The carbon fiber is also a coating, the frame is still “o-matter”.
$4. If you ever wanted to wear these casually, white is a harder color to match.
That being said, Fire polarized is good in the fact that it’s polarized and will help with some of the glare coming off of the course, but it really won’t help you read greens. You’ll need a lens that has contrast enhancing qualities like a G30, VRR28, or OO Black Iridium lens. Oakley sells a “golf array” (or least they used to) that has the G30 lens included.
