because when i look up the fashion an styles for the girls im just getting rockabilly chicks an pinups so im confused so can anybody give me info please i would so appreciate it!
Okay, psychobilly and rockabilly ARE DIFFERENT. In style and sound. They may have similarities, but they are different. If you wanna see real psycho check out the 1980s Klub Foot scene. It’s totally different. It just means the kids are not connected into their roots any more.
But, to answer your question, yes greasers are connected to rockabilly. Only men who GREASE their hair are greasers, not women. Lately girls call themselves greasers, but like I said they aren’t in touch with their roots. So-Cal has a huge greaser scene.
Another scene associated with rockabilly are the teddy boys of Europe.
