How do I stretch a skirt (56% silk and 44%cotton) that shrunk in the wash?
The skirt shrunk widthways even though I hand washed it, as the label advised. It shrank only by a little bit, but enough to make it a bit too restricting. Any ideas?
You can try to steam press it with an iron.
