1. It may come to many as a surprise, but skinny women don’t actually do much exercise. If you ask thin women that you see on the street and ask them about their exercise regimen, they’d probably tell you that they rarely exercise, or if they do, only for an hour each day.
2. Related to the first tip, it seems that most thin women exercise an hour a day and the hour is divided into two 30-minute workouts. Half an hour is done in the morning and another half hour in the evening. This is because working out in the morning jump starts your metabolism, thus burning more fats. Working out in the evening makes your metabolism continue to burn fat as you sleep.
3. Maintaining their bodies only requires workouts of at least 2 to 3 times a week.
4. Thin or skinny women do not usually rely on weight loss workouts alone, such as aerobics. Instead, they also practice body sculpting workouts.
5. Most thin women also workout to make their muscles more toned because it burns more calories.
6. Skinny women have high or fast metabolisms due to their exercise and diet so they can afford to eat as much as they can.
