How do you get long, soft spindel like curls?
I love Jessica Simpson’s hair. Always! It always looks so cute, and nicely done. But of course, I don’t have a stylist to help me out. It’s pretty in to have long, sweep curls. And swoopy side bangs. But I have shoulder-length hair, and long bangs. But I see long hair with long layered bangs too. I was curious, how do you get these types of curls:

I see tons of styles fo curls, long waves, spindel curls, tight waves, kinks, whispy waves. The list goes on,and on on the differnt styles of curls and waves. But those two are my favorites. How do you accomplish that kind of spindel-like soft whispy curl? With what utensilsgel? Or no gel? Help!
