Woman and men all over the world are just like you. You want soft smooth skin just like a new born baby, right? Babies skin is so smooth, soft and supple because their bodies haven’t yet been tainted with a fatty, salty, sugary diet and skin damage by the sun is not even an issue. There are ways you can achieve a babies complexion, and it’s easier than you might think.
There is a reason big brand skin care products spend more money on advertising and marketing than they do on researching new, innovative ingredients. They want to convince you to give them money. Diet
Substitute burgers and fries for steamed salmon and pinto beans. Trade out fried chicken and gravy for grilled chicken stuffed with lentils and spinach. Eat plenty of fruits instead of ice cream. Diet is all about actually applying what you know. You know when you are eating bad stuff, so make a conscious effort to eat good foods that are high in minerals, antioxidants, good fats and proteins. Things like blueberries, spinach, broccoli, nuts, lean chicken or fish.
What you put into your body will reflect in your skin, so put in good things 80% of the time!
A good, natural moisturizer
When choosing a moisturizer you want the ingredients to be as natural as possible. No added chemicals, parabens or toxins needed.

You do not need to put 10 different creams on your face every day to have smooth skin like a baby. In fact, I have been getting along just fine with one jar of cream that includes all of the above ingredients and more. That, combined with a good diet, plenty of water and plenty of sleep is enough to give me a really good complexion. Not quite as smooth as a babies perhaps, but close enough!
